I chose Pamela as my personal trainer as I already knew her, and knew just how passionate and enthusiastic she was about helping people achieve their fitness goals. Having just started her business a few months prior to lockdown, she quickly adapted her teaching methods for her clients, and encouraged all of us to keep training and work with her using zoom! She has helped me personally with specific exercise routines - nothing is too much trouble for her, and she nurtures her clients and encourages them to achieve their best. Her enthusiasm is infectious and her ‘Little White Gym’ is perfect for those of us who do not wish to go to a large, busy establishment!
Pamela is a fabulous personal trainer. I have been attending online PT sessions with her for almost 6 months now and have been impressed with her preparation and creativity in supporting me to make progress with my fitness. She keeps the sessions interesting and is constantly researching and keeping her exercise and nutrition knowledge up to date. She has a kind but firm manner that gets the best out of me and the weekly sessions have truly kept me going lockdown. Would 100% recommend her for online or face to face sessions.
I have tried personal training in the past that has only been one dimensional, I.e. just focussing in on exercise. I have been delighted at a quite a few things you do differently to take in my whole situation.
1. You take the time to really understand my goals and expectations and we review these regularly.
2. You take into consideration my whole working and living environment that affects my progress
3. You help with nutrition advice and talk through calorie deficit in a really meaningful way. This has helped me to stop cutting out foods just because I was told they were bad.
4. You make sessions different and fun each time, working the full body and you adjust the sessions on the day as you see how I cope.

I’ve been getting PT sessions from Pamela since November 2019. I look forward to my weekly session. My bingo wings along with many other wobbly bits are becoming stronger and more toned – I really feel the difference as well as see it. It’s my ‘me’ time to focus on topping my energy up.
After having my daughter I had lost so much confidence in myself and my body, but Pamela’s firm and caring approach has been what turned that around. She got to know me, knows how much to push and always keep things varied and interesting. Her genuine wish to see you improve is obvious and her hard work putting programmes together (especially during lockdown when everyone’s motivation sank) keeps me motivated to do my best. Her enthusiasm is infectious and even through these current times when safety and health are so paramount she ensures, as we workout in the local park, that everything is cleaned meticulously and her physical distancing measures keep us both safe.
If you’re looking to get fit, strong and have fun at the same time then I couldn’t recommend Pamela more. I can’t wait to get back in to fab The Little White Gym with all its lovely equipment when measures allow but Pamela is doing a great job of working her sessions outside for now. This shows her creativity and commitment to overcoming any obstacle to get you training.
I would fully recommend Pamela. I’m currently doing the 12 week weight loss/fitness program. A very realistic approach to weight loss (and keeping fit). All the exercises can be tailored to ability. In week 6 myself now and lost just about half a stone (or just over even). As any weight loss plan it isn’t always easy, but I do feel this ‘plan’ will keep me on track well after the 12 weeks and hopefully for years to come. And if I should ever start struggling again doing it on my own I would have no hesitation to sign up again for another 12 weeks.
I would highly recommend Pamela Aitcheson at The Little White Gym. Before lockdown we were able to go to her fab garden gym, but have recently been doing Zoom online classes. Pamela has made up individual weekly fitness plans and is fab at motivating and encouraging to maintain weight loss and fitness
I chose Pamela as my trainer because I wanted one to one training focused on my individual needs and objectives as opposed to joining a class with mixed abilities.
I love my sessions as I feel they are specifically tailored to me and are gradually increasing in intensity so I can feel tangible benefits. Pamela is great at giving feedback and encouragement and explaining how the different exercises work and the way the body reacts.The facilities and equipment are great as are the hygiene measures.
