• an initial 1 hour consultation and assessment
• two 30 minute workouts each week in person in a private studio gym or online via Zoom
• one 15 minute motivational coaching session each week to keep you on track with food and exercise habits
• a weekly workout programme with daily activities designed personally for you around your goals and time / equipment available
• accountability, encouragement and motivation supplied by your own personal trainer
