New to exercise? I will show you how to train safely and provide a 30 minute programme of basic exercises to support you in achieving your goals. I will also help you plan additional work out sessions to fit in with your lifestyle.
I will coach and support you to meet your fitness goals through a personalised training programme, dedicated observation and feedback to ensure correct form for safe training. You will be supported in making small lifestyle changes to complement your new fitness regime. I will also help you plan additional workout sessions to fit in with your lifestyle. This is ideal if you are uncomfortable in a big gym environment or if you prefer one-to-one focus and programming. Single sessions are £45.
4 x 1 hour sessions per month
An initial consultation over Zoom for sign-up and assessment. Monthly workout programme individually crafted to suit your skill level and ability, using bodyweight or equipment you have at home. 15 minute check-in after week 2 to check progress and adjust programme if required
New to running or lacking motivation? I will guide you through a 9 week programme, including how to warm up, cool down, and progressively work up to a 5K run. 2 additional runs per week to be completed on your own.
1 x 45 minute session per week plus online progress checkins. (You will commit to two additional runs per week on your own).
Want to lose weight but lacking motivation? In this small group I will coach and support you over Zoom to meet your goals of losing 1lb - 2lb per week. Each weekly session will include a weekly weigh in and 30 minutes exercise circuit. Maximum 4 per class.
All sessions are to be booked at the commencement of the programme or month and paid for in advance. 24 hours notice of cancellation required - session to be re-booked within one month. If I cancel, the session will be re-booked or refunded.
